The Dewar Lee Pringle House, circa 1762, is an exquisite four-story Charleston Single house located on one of the most iconic streets in downtown Charleston. In the 1850s, Eliza Lee and her husband added beautiful fireplace mantels, decorative window surrounds on the facade, and door casings through the first three floors. Earnest Pringle, President of the Bank of South Carolina, purchased the home in 1873, and his descendants have occupied the residence for many years to follow.
