Ruthie Lynah Whitlow

Ruthie Lynah Whitlow is an accomplished Broker Associate serving buyers and sellers across the Savannah area. A sixth-generation Savannahian, Ruthie's deep appreciation for Savannah is reflected in the thorough guidance and unfailing support she delivers to clients.

Ruthie grew up in the charming and sought-after Ardsley Park neighborhood, where she now frequently represents clients. After attending Armstrong State University, her passion for history took her to Savannah's Historic District, where she served as an official walking tour guide. The experience was a master class in local architecture, preparing her for a seamless transition into real estate.

As her business has blossomed, she has continued to stand out, offering personalized home staging services and pursuing additional certifications. She has earned designations as an Accredited Buyer's Representative and a Seller Representative Specialist, the premier credential in seller representation, from the National Association of Realtors®.
